Convivia is a development manager, marketing agent and facility manager. Our current focus is the development of lifestyle communities for the over 55's. We aim to connect people within the communities we create and strive to ensure that every Convivia community is a wonderful place to live, work and play.

Convivia's business model separates the ownership of the project from the delivery, marketing and management of the village, and provides premium property development and investment returns to investors.

What do we do?

At Convivia, we create environments that embrace the spirit and value of community. Our focus is connecting people. We do this by providing lifestyle accommodation, which is accessible to a broad spectrum of people.

Convivia specialises in site identification, obtaining re-zoning and town planning approvals, development, marketing, and management of retirement villages.

Each village is based upon the urban design principles of community spaces, place making, accessibility, walk ability, a diversity of housing styles, a mix of residential precincts and environmentally sustainable design. These design principles lead to heightened social interaction and connectivity whilst still providing residents with personal space.
